A mobile phone number, the date and time of consent, and the text messages sent and received on the program's line. Nothing else.
To send the text alerts the subscriber asked for: missed call notices and project status updates. To answer HELP and to honour STOP.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Only the account owner. The messages travel through Twilio, the telephone carrier service that delivers them; Twilio handles them under its own privacy terms as our carrier.
Until the subscriber opts out by replying STOP, after which the number is removed from the program.
